已登入帳號

你可以隨時在 App 內自行刪除帳號：

  1. 打開「海龜湯」App
  2. 進入「設定」頁
  3. 點「刪除帳號」，依兩段確認完成
會刪除什麼：你的帳號（登入身分）、遊玩與提問記錄、你創作的題目、推送與點讚/舉報記錄，以及你的代幣餘額與交易流水。此操作不可逆，代幣不予退還。使用 Apple 登入者，刪除時會一併撤銷本 App 的 Apple 授權。

多人房間本身是同桌共有的，不會因你刪號而消失；只會移除你的入座記錄。

遊客（未登入）

遊客沒有帳號可刪。你可以在「設定」頁選「銷毀卷宗」清除本機資料。若要刪除已上傳到雲端的資料（例如公開發佈的題目），請來信 developer@totaunion88.com，並附上「設定」頁顯示的裝置編號，我們會協助刪除。

Signed-in accounts

You can delete your account any time inside the app:

  1. Open the Turtle Soup app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete Account and complete the two-step confirmation
What gets deleted: your account (login identity), gameplay and question records, puzzles you created, push / like / report records, and your credit balance and transaction history. This action is irreversible and credits are non-refundable. If you signed in with Apple, your Apple authorization for this app is revoked at deletion.

Multiplayer rooms are shared and won't disappear when you delete your account; only your seat record is removed.

Guests (not signed in)

Guests have no account to delete. In Settings you can choose "Destroy Records" to wipe local data. To delete data already uploaded to the cloud (e.g. puzzles you published), email developer@totaunion88.com with the device ID shown in Settings, and we'll help remove it.
