本條款所稱代幣（點數）由 GCDM Limited 發行。地址：11F-1, No. 631, Sec. 1, Chongde Rd., Taichung City 404511, Taiwan。聯絡信箱：developer@totaunion88.com。「海龜湯」App 由本公司開發並營運。
代幣是 App 內的虛擬點數，用於支付有實際成本的功能（目前為「生成一道 UGC 湯」，每道 6 代幣）。代幣不是貨幣、不可轉讓、不可兌換現金，僅供在本 App 內依本條款使用。
代幣以 Apple App 內購買（IAP）方式販售，價格與包裝以 App 內顯示為準（新台幣計價）。付款、開立憑證與退款由 Apple 依其條款處理；我們透過 RevenueCat 確認交易並發放代幣。
你購買或獲得的代幣永久有效，不設效期、不會逾期作廢，直到你使用完畢或帳號刪除為止。
生成一道 UGC 湯扣 6 代幣。既有官方湯、主廚新作、小提示與大提示、多人包廂皆免費，不扣代幣。若你的作品在生成前的內容審核或生成階段失敗，已扣的代幣會自動退回你的帳號。註冊贈送的代幣視同購買代幣，適用同一條款。
代幣經由 Apple App 內購買銷售，付款由 Apple 代收代付。就你已購買而尚未使用的代幣，我們以第 8 條「停止營運時的退費」承諾作為履約保障。
代幣屬消耗型商品。購買後的退款依 Apple 的退款政策辦理；若 Apple 核准退款，我們會相應回收對應代幣（可能使餘額為負，直到補足）。
若我們決定停止「海龜湯」的營運，將於終止日前至少 30 日在本網站與 App 內公告；並於終止後，在扣除必要成本後30 日內，就你已付費購買但尚未使用的代幣辦理退費。
對代幣、購買或退款有任何爭議，請來信 developer@totaunion88.com，我們將依中華民國（台灣）相關消費者保護規定協助處理。
我們不會片面、無正當理由地終止你的帳號或沒收你的代幣。本條款如有變更，將於本頁公告並更新日期；涉及你權益的重大變更，會在 App 內另行告知。本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。
The credits (points) described here are issued by GCDM Limited. Address: 11F-1, No. 631, Sec. 1, Chongde Rd., Taichung City 404511, Taiwan. Contact: developer@totaunion88.com. The Turtle Soup app is developed and operated by us.
Credits are in-app virtual points used to pay for features with real costs (currently "generating one UGC soup", 6 credits each). Credits are not currency, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may only be used within the app under these terms.
Credits are sold via Apple In-App Purchase; prices and packs are as shown in the app (priced in New Taiwan Dollars). Payment, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; we confirm transactions and grant credits via RevenueCat.
Credits you buy or receive are valid permanently, with no expiry and no forfeiture, until you spend them or delete your account.
Generating one UGC soup costs 6 credits. Existing official soups, the daily soup, small and big hints, and multiplayer rooms are all free. If your creation fails content review or generation, the credits charged are automatically refunded to your account. Sign-up bonus credits are treated the same as purchased credits.
Credits are sold through Apple In-App Purchase, with payment collected and processed by Apple. For credits you have purchased but not yet used, our commitment in Section 8 (refund on service termination) serves as the safeguard.
Credits are consumable. Refunds after purchase follow Apple's refund policy; if Apple approves a refund, we correspondingly claw back the credits (which may make the balance negative until replenished).
If we decide to stop operating Turtle Soup, we will announce it on this site and in-app at least 30 days before the termination date, and within 30 days after termination — after deducting necessary costs — refund the paid, unused credits you purchased.
For any dispute about credits, purchases or refunds, email developer@totaunion88.com. We will help resolve it under the applicable consumer-protection rules of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
We will not unilaterally terminate your account or forfeit your credits without good cause. If these terms change, we will post it here and update the date; material changes affecting your rights will also be announced in-app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
